Herman G. Kump

Herman Guy Kump was the Democratic Governor of West Virginia from 1933 to 1937. In 1907, he married Edna Hall Scott. Usually referred to as H. Guy Kump, he served as the 19th Governor of West Virginia during the Great Depression.
